This wave of accomplishment that took over John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) is a testament to its unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to providing top-notch services. It resulted from SOCOTEC Certification Philippines Inc.’s Second Surveillance Audit, which took place on November 9–10, 2023. Dominating the findings were eight positive observations practiced by and reflected in JHMC’s practices, such as process automation, efficient implementation of the QMS and EMS, and the leadership and commitment exemplified by JHMC’s top management, among others. Commendably, no findings were found for both major and minor nonconformities.
