John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) continues to raise the bar in public service delivery, having recently earned the prestigious RCS 2.0 Silver Distinction from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), a recognition awarded to agencies that demonstrate “Very Satisfactory” performance in regulatory compliance and service efficiency.
To build on this milestone and further institutionalize excellence, JHMC conducted a two-day orientation for all employees on Republic Act 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act, facilitated by the ARTA Northern Luzon Regional Field Office (NLRFO).
Beyond compliance and the promotion of a culture rooted in integrity and efficiency, the orientation was not merely a procedural exercise—it was a strategic investment in cultivating accountability and responsiveness. By embedding the principles of Republic Act No. 11032 into its daily operations, JHMC reinforces its role as a reliable partner to locators, stakeholders, and the public.
