JHMC AND BAGUIO CITY HEALTH SERVICES OFFICE CLUSTER 3 OFFER FREE OPERATION TULI FOR YOUNG BOYS

Baguio City—Nearly a hundred young boys received free medical services during Operation Tuli, a collaborative initiative between the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) and the Baguio City Health Services Office Cluster 3 on May 23, 2025, at the Loakan Health Center. The activity included participation from health centers in Engineers Hill, Scout Barrio, Loakan, and Atok Trail.
A team of doctors, medical interns, students, and volunteers from various institutions—including Saint Louis University – Sacred Heart Medical Center (SLU-SHMC), Pines City Doctors’ Hospital, Pines City Colleges School of Medicine, MEDKCOM, St. Louis University School of Medicine, MOMFI, and the Baguio Benguet Medical Society (BBMS)—contributed their expertise and time. Additional support came from the International College of Surgeons—North Luzon Chapter and the University of the Cordilleras, ensuring that the young participants were treated with expert care and attention to their well-being.
Young boys from Loakan Proper, Loakan Liwanag, Loakan Apugan, Happy Hollow, Camp 7, and Kias benefited from the procedure, which included wellness education while they awaited their turn.
For JHMC President and CEO Manjit T. Singh Reandi, this program is about more than medical services—it’s about giving back to the community, empowering young boys, and making sure they grow up healthy and confident. Through this activity, JHMC continues to strengthen community bonds and reminding everyone that building a healthier future is something we all share.
The next Operation Tuli is happening on May 29-30, 2025, at the Engineers Hill Health Center. Youngters are encouraged to come and experience these free health services.
