FORGING ADVANCED TOURISM, SUSTAINABILITY, AND BRANDING, CIAC AND JHMC SEAL PARTNERSHIP
Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga—Demonstrating the power of vision and collaboration, the two key players in Northern Luzon, the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), represented by its President and CEO, Joseph P. Alcaraz, and the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC), led by President and CEO Manjit T. Singh Reandi, came together on June 26, 2025, to seal a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)—setting the course for a three-year partnership rooted in their shared aspiration to serve as twin engines of national development.
Under the MOU, JHMC and CIAC commit to working together to promote integrated tourism through joint destination marketing and immersive visitor experiences; champion sustainability by implementing initiatives aligned with national and local environmental goals, including forest conservation and green mobility; and elevate regional branding through unified communication strategies and complementary brand identities that honor the distinct yet harmonious character of the Clark Civil Aviation Complex and the John Hay Special Economic Zone (JHSEZ).
“This partnership reflects our belief that progress is not achieved in isolation but through meaningful collaboration,” said Manjit T. Singh Reandi. “By aligning with CIAC, we are advancing a strategic vision that positions our two ecozones as twin pillars of regional growth—bridging heritage with innovation, mobility with sustainability, and local identity with global opportunity.”
