Celebrating Enduring Ties JHMC Joins U.S. Ambassador’s Victory Day and Fil-Am Luncheon

JHMC President and CEO, Manjit Singh, Reandi and Vice President and COO, Jane Theresa G. Tabalingcos  joined  esteemed  leaders and  veterans at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence in Camp John Hay for the Victory Day  and  Fil-Am  Friendship  Day  Luncheon,   a  solemn  commemoration of the end of World War II and a celebration of enduring Philippine-American ties, hosted by U.S. Ambassador MaryKay L. Carlson.
Held on the very grounds where General Tomoyuki Yamashita formally surrendered on September 3, 1945,  the  event  was  steeped  in  historical resonance. Camp John Hay, once a strategic military base, now  stands   as   a  living   monument  to  peace,  reconciliation,  and international partnership.
Singh Reandi and Tabalingcos’ presence affirmed JHMC’s commitment to preserving heritage, fostering goodwill, and honoring Camp John Hay’s legacy—not only as a steward of land, but as a custodian of memory and meaning.
