John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC), represented by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Manjit T. Singh Reandi, and Mr. Luis C. Nuñez, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Gremlin Ventures Inc. and the BBZ Group of Companies, have entered into a three-month agreement for the temporary use of designated portions of the Mile Hi Property within Camp John Hay.
The Letter Agreement allows for the operation of The Grill by BBZ and other affiliated restaurant ventures during this period. This comes amid the ongoing bidding process launched by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) for the lease and redevelopment of the iconic Mile Hi Property. With the larger objective of promoting local investment, tourism, and job creation in Baguio City, the BCDA effort aims to convert the site into a contemporary mixed-use destination with eco-friendly lodging and upscale dining options.
