Camp John Hay, Baguio- One hundred (100) security personnel of John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) benefited from the Department of Tourism-Cordillera’s (DoT-CAR) training on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) on April 18 and 19, 2023, respectively.
According to Ms. Raquel Verzosa, DoT-CAR’s FBSE Master Trainer, the training aims to standardize and encapsulate everything that is good and positive about Filipino hospitality and service. Purposefully, it will help and prepare the Filipino tourism workforce in providing an upscaled tourism experience nationwide.
The activity covered four (4) major areas consisting of Filipino values and service excellence, understanding the guests, delivering great service excellence, and service recovery.
