JHMC SHOWCASES FLAGSHIP PROJECTS AT JBIC PITCHING EVENT

John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) President and CEO Manjit Singh Reandi presented the corporation’s ready-for-investment projects at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) Project Pitching Event, which gathered more than 50 Japanese companies from sectors including renewable energy, manufacturing, and advanced technology.

 

Singh Reandi highlighted JHMC’s community-based and sustainability-driven initiatives aligned with the corporation’s 2026 development cycle. Among the flagship projects showcased were the Multi-Modal Transport Facility, Cable Car System, Skywalk, Smart Street Lighting Program, Government Housing Project, and Waste-to-Energy solutions. These projects reflect JHMC’s commitment to advancing sustainable urban development while strengthening regional tourism promotion.

In his presentation, Singh Reandi underscored the critical role of public-private partnerships in accelerating project implementation and ensuring long-term community benefits. He emphasized that collaboration with JBIC and Japanese investors will help position Camp John Hay as a vital hub of economic activity and a model for sustainable, future-ready urban development.
