The John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) has successfully maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification following a rigorous two-day First Surveillance Audit conducted by TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines Inc. on October 6–7, 2025. This achievement reaffirms JHMC’s steadfast commitment to quality management, continuous improvement, and institutional excellence.
JHMC underwent the surveillance audit as part of the standard compliance cycle to ensure ongoing alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The audit provided a structured framework for evaluating the Corporation’s administrative systems, leadership effectiveness, and operational efficiency. It placed particular emphasis on JHMC’s fulfillment of statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations, as well as its internal controls, client engagement, and performance monitoring mechanisms, including audits and management reviews.
