To celebrate Fil-Am Friendship Day, the John Hay Management Corporation turned up the heat with a flavorful “Chicken in a Basket” cook-off at the historic Bell House in Camp John Hay.
But it wasn’t just the chicken that was sizzling—Le Chef, Le Monet, and Bamboo Hut brought the heat with mouthwatering dishes, lively banter, and a hearty dose of kitchen camaraderie. After much flavor and fun, Le Monet rose to the top and took home the win!
The dishes were judged by Board Directors Atty. Karen Tabisaura-Calulut and Atty. Michael Remmington Nerez, along with the JHMC Vice President and COO, Jane Theresa G. Tabalingcos whose palates were just as sharp as their leadership.
