INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The JOHN HAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), invites SERVICE PROVIDERS to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project : Procurement of Janitorial Services
Location : Camp John Hay, Baguio City
Brief Description : Contract for Janitorial Services
Approved Budget for the Contract: PHP 349,000.00
Contract Duration : One (1) year
Delivery Period : Upon Receipt of NTP
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment available for the implementation of the project. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid Documents will be available from the BAC Secretariat do Ms. Evangeline T. Domingo, JHMC Cottage 627 upon payment of a non-refundable amount of PHP 2,000.00
The JOHN HAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
The JOHN HAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
